1. On the login screen, select Forgot Password

2. On the Forgot password screen, enter your email or username, select the I’m not a robot reCAPTCHA box, and hit Next.

3. Monex USA will then send a unique code to your email, allowing you to change your password. Enter it in, create your new password, and sign in.

1. On the dashboard, locate your account name on the top right of the page, click on your name, and then select User Settings.

2. On the user settings page, select SECURITY.

3. In the SECURITY section, select Change Password.

4. On the Change Password screen, enter your current password and what you would like your new password to be, and then confirm the new password.

5. Once all the fields are entered, select Change My Password.

6. To verify the change has taken place, log out and log in with the new password.
